The Syrah Vineyard is situated in Wolseley, Breedekloof Valley on the farm De Liefde. The vineyard were planted 24 years ago.
The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness. In the cellar cold maturation took place before the fermentation process started. The Bizoe Estalét Syrah was matured in a combination of 225 litre and 500 litre french oak barrels for 18 months.

Bizoe Estalet Syrah 2016 is barrelled matured in French oak for 18month. Delicate fruit flavour of sweet cherry and spicy pepper with hint of fynbos aromas on the nose. Limited amount of 5500 bottles produced.
