Vineyards
The 12 year old dry-lands bush vines consist of 60% GD1 clones, 20% GD315 clone and 20% GD16 clones planted in Darling. Vineyards is planted in a sandy loam structured soils.
Winemaking
The Morningstar Semillon is 100% grapes from Darling. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine is kept on the lees for 10 months before bottling.
