The Semillon vineyard was planted in Franschhoek 23 years ago. Well drained and lightly
structured soil. The Sauvignon blanc originates from Darling.
Grapes were picked at optimal ripeness. The Semillon juice was natural fermented in a combination of french oak barrels, amphora and apollo fermentation tanks. The wine was kept on the fermentation lees for 8 months before bottling.

Wisps of orange peel on the palate, fresh tropical fruit aromas and a delicate aftertaste derived from being matured in oak barrels for 8 months
