This is our maiden vintage of the Bizoe Genant SGM. All three cultivars were handled separately in the cellar. Made use of open fermentation tanks, cold maturation preceded alcoholic fermentation and minimal pump overs. Wine matured in 500Lbarrels for 21 months before bottled.

A Fruity blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvèdre, leveled by spices and some violets on the finish. A Bizoe wine for all occasions, pairing perfectly with dishes of game, beef, lamb or roasted pork.
